The Levitronix® PuraLev® iF100 pump is designed for demanding applications in bioprocessing. Based on active magnetic levitation, the pump impeller is suspended and driven by the magnetic field of the motor. The motor and pump controller, as well as the flow converter, are integrated into the driver housing resulting in a significantly reduced footprint. The pump head is made of gamma stable polypropylene that meets the highest biocompatibility requirements such as FDA, USP-VI, and BSE/TSE free. The pump head is disposable and can be exchanged in few seconds.
